Our strength training focuses on the three fundamental movement patterns of an athlete: Squat, Bench, and Deadlift. Individuals will learn the basic principles of efficient movement through external resistance and load.

Our injury prevention program focuses on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and addressing muscle imbalances to reduce the risk of sports-related injuries.
